Troubleshooting
The XWave does not turn on.
The battery in your XWave may be low. Please change out the battery. The battery can last up to 30 hours.
The signal quality is consistently poor.
Do not charge your iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad while using the XWave. This will cause poor signal.

The ear clip should be clipped on your earlobe and the forehead sensor should be resting on your forehead. Also, check that the sensor and clip are making good contact with your skin. Remove any hair or jewelry that may be in the way.

In order for the XWave to calibrate, try and stay still while the headset is on your head. It usually takes three or four seconds for the headset to validate the signal. Also, make certain to keep the sensor and clip clean.
